Sainath Reddy Puchakayala, Automotive Engineer and ADAS professional
Lowell, Massachusetts, USAEngineering safer vehicle technology through evidence and education.

Connecting hands-on diagnostics with systems-level engineering.

My work involves investigating complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle concerns through diagnostic trouble codes, live sensor data, wiring information, functional tests, and observed vehicle behavior. My experience also includes module-programming and relearn support, hybrid and electric-vehicle systems, and Massachusetts safety and emissions inspections.

My technical foundation combines graduate education in Computer Information Systems from Rivier University with civil-engineering education and specialized automotive training. This multidisciplinary background helps me approach modern vehicles as interconnected mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-controlled systems.

I am continuing to deepen my knowledge of vehicle networks, ADAS perception, sensor fusion, functional safety, SOTIF, vehicle integration, and validation. My professional goal is to help translate those engineering principles into safer, more transparent vehicle-service and inspection practices.

Technical preparation with a clear scope.

Credentials identify training and demonstrated knowledge. They do not replace vehicle-specific service information, equipment requirements, or qualified judgment.

Four connected areas of work and study.

Each area supports a broader goal: improving how advanced vehicle technology is understood, documented, communicated, and evaluated.

01

Automotive diagnostics

DTC analysis, live sensor data, wiring information, functional tests, vehicle behavior, electronic modules, networks, and evidence-based fault investigation.

02

ADAS and public safety

Basic inspection awareness, transparent documentation, vehicle-owner communication, calibration prerequisites, and responsible referral to qualified service facilities.

03

Hybrid and EV systems

High-voltage safety awareness, hybrid and electric-vehicle diagnostics, electronic controls, and the changing readiness needs of the automotive workforce.

04

Vehicle systems engineering

Vehicle networks, sensor fusion, functional safety, SOTIF, tracking, prediction, vehicle integration, and validation-oriented thinking.

Project VISION

A bounded framework for basic ADAS health awareness within periodic vehicle-safety inspections.

I independently conceived and developed Project VISION to encourage observation, documentation, vehicle-owner communication, and appropriate referral when visible ADAS concerns are encountered during periodic inspections.

The framework supports—not replaces—manufacturer-specific diagnosis, repair, calibration, road testing, or performance verification. It does not represent adoption or endorsement by a government agency, standards body, manufacturer, or inspection program.

One consistent professional identity.
